SEOUL -- After a narrow win in South Korea's election on Wednesday, President-elect Yoon Suk-yeol will have little time to celebrate. The political newcomer has to prepare for the realities of office after his inauguration in May and steer his nation's foreign policy through a turbulent regional and global environment.
