TOKYO/WASHINGTON -- Japan and the U.S. sealed a trade agreement on Tuesday after Tokyo's lead tariff negotiator Ryosei Akazawa focused his engagement on Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, the U.S. dealmaker thought to be closest to President Donald Trump.
