WASHINGTON -- The Trump administration's efforts to bring shipbuilding back to the U.S. by charging high port fees on Chinese-owned, -operated and -built ships, as well as slapping new tariffs on Chinese-built cranes, drew strong pushback from industry insiders Monday.
