TOKYO -- Japanese workers who changed jobs in the April-June quarter secured an average pay of 4.66 million yen ($32,000) for their first year, up 1.8% on the year, staffing agency Mynavi reports, as businesses shell out more money for experienced talent ready to hit the ground running.
