Hello, everyone! This is Cheng Ting-Fang from Taipei. I just got back from a reporting trip to Arizona, where the world's biggest chipmaker announced it is tripling its investment in the Grand Canyon State.
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. is building a $40 billion chip plant in northern Phoenix, in part as a response to concerns over chip supply chain vulnerability.
