Nikkei announced Tuesday that Crasus Chemical, scheduled to list on Sept. 29 following a spinoff from Nikkei 225 constituent Resonac Holdings, will be temporarily included in the benchmark stock index on its listing date and removed the following day.
The treatment reflects the Nikkei 225's revised rules for handling spinoff listings, which were updated in July 2025.
