Nikkei 500 Stock Average set for reshuffle

    Eight constituents to be replaced based on trading volume, value and market cap

    TOKYO -- Nikkei will replace eight constituents of the Nikkei 500 Stock Average on April 1, the company said on Friday.

    The reshuffle is part of an annual review that accounts for trading volume, trading value and market capitalization during the previous three years.
