Nikkei ESG-REIT Index adds Kasumigaseki Hotel REIT

TOKYO -- Nikkei will include Kasumigaseki Hotel REIT Investment in its environmental, social and corporate governance-focused real estate investment trust index following a regular review. The change will be reflected in calculations starting Nov. 28.

The Nikkei ESG-REIT Index, launched in July 2020, tracks REITs listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange while factoring in international ESG standards.
